What are your shipping timeframes?
We generally process and ship orders within 3 business days through Sendle Couriers or Australia Post with tracking.
- Major capital cities and metropolitan areas: 3 business days
- All other locations in Australia: 5 business days
- International: 14 - 21 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the majority of our products can be shipped internationally. Just choose your country at checkout to enter your delivery address. International shipping usually takes around 14 - 21 business days from purchase.
Please note that international shipping is not available for nail polish and liquid perfumes. For more information including our standard shipping rates see our shipping policy.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept change of mind returns?
If its within 14 days of when your original purchased the product from us then no worries.
To be eligilble for a change of mind return and refund your product must:
- All items must be still in original packaging
- Cannot be worn
Please note: We have the right to refuse a return if your request does not meet any of the above.
How long will my refund take?
Once we’ve received your returned items we’ll initiate a refund which can take up to 10 business days to be credired back to your original payment method.
Do you accept Afterpay or Zip pay?
Yep, we sure do! Afterpay and Zip Pay will come up as an available payment method when you checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:
- AMEX, Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay (Apple pay will only show up when checking out using Safari on an iPhone, iPad or Mac)
