Veganologie is a female-founded fashion brand with the purpose of helping people live a sustainable and practical life through fashion. Veganologie is Dubai's first accessories brand made from 100% recycled materials. A truly global, leading-edge brand the founder, Angana, was born in India and raised in London. While other team members hale from Italy, Phillipines, New York City, the brand is firmly rooted in Dubai, the eponymous city in the United Arab Emirates known for its innovative, ultra-modern development and architecture

Angana, Veganologie's founder, identified a gap in the market while trying to find a bag that genuinely ticked all the eco-friendly boxes. In 2020 she met Sara, a graduate in Fashion Design. Together they built the brand's bold and boxy aesthetic with a colour palette perfect for colour blocking and a debossed Monstera Leaf. In Chinese symbolism the Monstera Leaf represents long life and honouring elders and respected people. Their commitment to animals and the environment is reflected in certifications by PETA and Global Recycled Standard. Veganologie ensures that all bags are made by artisans that are paid fairly and work in ethical conditions by being certified by SEDEX's SMETA Audit
