How to use:
Unwind and break off approximately 30cm of floss, enough to wrap around middle fingers of both hands with about 5-7cm between fingers. Slide the floss fibre between teeth, gently oscillating back and forth even below the gum line curving the fibre into a “C” shape that wraps slightly around your tooth. You may experience bleeding of the gums so be gentle and be consistent. (Regular flossing can eliminate bleeding.) Get between each tooth including and especially your back molars. Follow up with a thorough brushing with LOVEBYT Toothpaste and Mouthwash
