Gunas is an indie, high-fashion label with a mission. Based in New York City and formed in 2009 by Sugandh, an industrial designer and animal lover, her mission was clear – animals should not be a part of fashion. Sugandh set out to prove that fashion could be luxurious, high-end, and cruelty-free. And she didn’t stop there. She continued evolving the brand to be “victim-free” proving that a fashion label could be exploitation-free and be kind to animals, people, and the planet
